We may even be able to help you reduce your utility bills. Our licensed plumbers will inspect the fixtures and piping in your home and provide you with honest and helpful advice for any issues they might find. Our Plumbing Protection Plan is $89 annually
It includes:
- An annual plumbing inspection
- Priority scheduling for emergencies
- NO emergency service fee
- 15% off ALL plumbing repairs
For your annual inspection, our plumbers will:
- Check the location and condition of main shut-off valves
- Check faucets and sink drains for leaks
- Check toilets and dye test tanks
- Check garbage disposal
- Inspect washing machine hoses
- Inspect hose bibbs
- Check water heater for leaks and proper operation of thermostats
- Inspect all accessible water and drain piping
- Locate and identify sewer cleanouts
