Plumbing Apprentice
Assists licensed plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems while learning trade skills through hands-on training. Maintains tools, prepares job sites, and follows safety and quality standards to support efficient project completion.
Drain Specialist
Diagnoses and clears drain and sewer blockages using specialized equipment and performs inspections to identify underlying issues. Educates customers on preventative maintenance and documents findings to ensure long-term system performance.
Customer Service Rep.
Serves as the primary point of contact for scheduling service calls, answering inquiries, and coordinating technician dispatch to meet customer needs. Resolves concerns with professionalism, maintains accurate records, and supports a positive customer experience from first call to job completion.
