After years of workmen coming to my house and many of them disappointing, I was so VERY HAPPY AND RELIEVED when I saw the work that L D Plumbing & Drains did for me! Wes and Nick came out to my home and repaired the broken pipe in my meter pit. Their work is impeccable. Their professionalism is impressive. Their efficiency and timeliness is spot on! I interacted mostly with Wes and his clear and concise communication was so appreciated. Respectful and informative! Wow! I’m so happy! Thank you!

I want to clarify first that the person who worked with us was very kind and doing his job and fixed our problem. Otherwise it would be 1 star. Me and my husband didn’t have hot water going to our shower, everywhere else in the house was fine. We were quoted $600 for parts and labor stating it was a high quality part. We paid half up front and they came in swiftly two days later to replace. My husband was there for the replacement. He was told a gasket in the original part was simply stuck. They replaced the part even though my husband asked and they clarified that the original part probably was working fine. The part itself is $80 dollars. I feel like we got ripped off. Would have much preferred to keep our original part if it was such a simple fix like a gasket stuck and we didn’t need an entirely new piece. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Thank you for fixing our problem, but I wish more consideration was put into how we would feel about having a part that isn’t broken being replaced for a quick buck. Get your bag, though. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Issac and AJ arrived on time, and were courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job replacing our old gas water heater which was leaking with a new Rheem 50 gallon water heater. They cleaned everything up after the work was done. Very pleased with their work.

I had a leaking Flushmaster in my old toilet. They replaced the toilet with a new one. Took away the old one. Very nice guy did the work. Work was very professional. Couldn’t ask for more.

Austin was amazing. He arrived on time and gave me a fair price after discovering the problem with simpler than what I originally determined. It’s always good to have a trustworthy business because he could’ve easily told me something else was wrong and I would not have known the difference. I would highly recommend.

Wes, Trevor, and the crew came out today to install a water meter pit and replace the main service line. They did an excellent job — professional, efficient, and clear in explaining the work being done. I really appreciated their effort and communication throughout the process. I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars due to the lack of presence from the excavation manager at the start of the job, when questions arose about the location of foundation drilling, specifics on what the quote included, and if it was a full or half day job. That said, once the crew got started, everything went smoothly

Mark, Mason, and the entire LD Smith team are absolutely exceptional. They went above and beyond for me today, doing honest, high-quality work while sticking to their word. It’s rare to find a company that’s both professional and genuinely cares, and these guys delivered big time. They saved me a ton of stress and handled everything with skill and integrity. Keep killing it, guys. I seriously appreciate all the work you’ve done on my home!

LD Smith Plumbing recently assessed the plumbing in our 55,000 sq ft building and delivered the most innovative, cost-effective solution we received. They took detailed videos, walked me through every issue, and proposed a completely different and smarter/more cost effective fix than any other company that came out to assess the problem, saving us thousands of dollars. Their team was professional, prompt, and thorough. I truly appreciate the time and care they put into this project!

I’m super satisfied with their service, especially last year. I had a bit of a problem with my sump pump. They came and replaced it for free, but they only charged for the labor. Yesterday, My backup sample activated , and I called them right away. They arrived within a day and explained everything to me. If anything goes wrong, They’re going to replace it, and I’m super happy about it so far! Thanks Nick kern, for pointing us in the right direction!

Mason and A.J. replaced my garbage disposal today and did a great job. They both were professional, respectful, and helpful. Very nice young men. I highly recommend both Mason and A.J. and L.D. Plumbing.
