Very positive experiences this week with 3 visits from L.D. Smith plumbers. First, Tim came out regarding a slow floor drain. He was thorough and helpful in explaining my options. Next, Jacob was here to replace the kitchen faucet and one of the water shutoff valves. His work was great and he gave extra effort in his cleanup of the existing hard water stains. 2 days later Tim returned with Mark to perform the drain cleaning. Their work was excellent. Mason did a great job! He was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to talk to. I appreciated how comfortable he made the whole process. We have had L.D. Smith do one huge repair for us which included replacing the sewer line all the way from the house to the alley behind the house. This required digging 10 ft into the ground for about 50 ft. They had to remove our patio. They did the work perfectly with the greatest most polite technicians we could have asked for.
