Our hot water heater was still under warranty and I called LD Smith 3 days later about replacing our water heater under the factory warranty.
Mason and AJ came out the next day gave us an estimate for the installation and we were back online in just a few hours. They even used another employee to pick up and deliver the new hot water heater, so they could keep working to remove the old one
