Wes, Trevor, and the crew came out today to install a water meter pit and replace the main service line. They did an excellent job — professional, efficient, and clear in explaining the work being done. I really appreciated their effort and communication throughout the process.
I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars due to the lack of presence from the excavation manager at the start of the job, when questions arose about the location of foundation drilling, specifics on what the quote included, and if it was a full or half day job.
That said, once the crew got started, everything went smoothly
