Joe and the crew from LD Smith really came to the rescue yesterday. The night before we had lost water pressure in all of our faucets and Citizens found a leak in our water meter pit at 2 a.m. Joe and LD Smith arrived first thing that morning and were outside digging in the frozen tundra to assess the situation. A leak is never good, but with the subzero wind chill we were very concerned about how the leak could potentially damage our home. Joe and his team miraculously were able to fix the issue and strengthen the connection to the issue—zero damage to our home. They had the water back on before lunch—amazing!
