Our Plumbing Protection Plan is $89 annually. It includes:

• An annual plumbing inspection 
• Priority scheduling for emergencies 
• NO emergency service fee 
• 15% off ALL plumbing repairs 

For your annual inspection, our plumbers will: 

• Check the location and condition of main shut-off valves 
• Check faucets and sink drains for leaks 
• Check toilets and dye test tanks 
• Check garbage disposal 
• Inspect washing machine hoses 
• Inspect hose bibbs 
• Check water heater for leaks and proper operation of thermostats 
• Inspect all accessible water and drain piping 
• Locate and identify sewer cleanouts
