Ten great years because of YOU

To all my loyal customers:

Ten years has come so fast.  I can’t believe it was just yesterday that I was in a tiny, one-car garage near Butler University, not knowing how I was going to make my mortgage payment the next month.  I started on this journey probably a little sooner than I should have but felt a change was needed in the industry and simply couldn’t wait any longer.

 Many of you have been with me from the beginning despite our small size and relatively unknown name in the Indianapolis area. From the very beginning, you trusted us with the large "dirty” jobs and remain loyal customers today.  For my newer customers, I am so grateful to you as well for giving us a chance, and I don’t think you will be disappointed that you did.  I look forward to still having you and thanking you 10 years from now.

 As this journey is only about halfway there in my overall vision, thank you, again, from the bottom of my heart, for choosing L.D. Smith Plumbing to handle your plumbing needs. Thank you for trusting us to provide quality service at a fair price without the gimmicks.  Your support has enabled both myself and my employees to achieve our goals and the company to continue to grow into a wonderful workplace.  Without you….NONE of this would be possible.
